Nurse Practitioner

Reports To: Physician/Owner/Medical Director of Internal Medicine Practice

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Rittenhouse Square)

Description of Medical Practice: Growing, 10 years old women's primary care and gynecology practice with a beautiful office located in the prestigious Rittenhouse Square area of Philadelphia. Weekend call 1 in 4 but very limited due to age demographic of patient base. No outside call or work such as nursing home. No admitting. Practice environment is characterized by a high commitment to exceptional patient care, spending appropriate time to get to know your patients, EMR system, a patient base of professional women (over 85% have college degrees or higher and are employed; 10% are current college or graduate students). Our staff includes registered dieticians, PhD. Psychologists, Nurse Practitioners and Aestheticians. Our other staff includes medical assistants, front desk receptionists and a marketing/communications director. Our employees pride themselves in improvement and efficiency, and office harmony. 

Requirements: Completion of an approved CRNP training program with Master's Degree; current PA license. Experience with ThermiVa preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. 

Responsibilities: Provide medical services as a nurse practitioner to patients. Support the clinical practice with a desire for the practice to grow, thrive and exceed the expectations of our community. Coordinate all professional medical services required by those patients who request or accept care from you. Collect, record, and maintain patient information using health information technology including medical histories, reports and examination results. Consult and communicate with physicians. Abide by practice policies and procedures. Works collaboratively with physicians to provide care to both well and sick patients in the practice setting. Educates patents in order to promote wellness, prevent health problems, maintain current health and intervene in acute or chronic illness.

Psychologist

Job Description

The Rittenhouse Women's Wellness Center, www.RWWC.com is looking for a full-time/part-time Psychologist. Our Psychologists accept insurance, spend 1 hour with patients each visit; balanced schedule; educated and professional patient base; extremely professional and pleasant work environment.

Reports To: Owner/Medical Director of Internal Medical Practice

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Rittenhouse Square)

Requirements: Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Counseling Psychologist

Responsibilities:  Work with patients on mental, emotional and behavioral problems and disorders. Discuss issues with clients in an intimate, thorough fashion and provide advice on the best strategies and techniques to address their problems.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: undertaking assessments, including assessment of mental health needs, risk assessment and psychometric testing; formulating a psychological explanation of the client's issues; planning and implementing therapy; evaluating the outcome of therapy; establishing a collaborative working relationship with the client based on trust and respect; continuing personal and professional development (CPD).

Collect, record, and maintain patient information using health information technology including medical histories, reports and examination results. Consult and communicate with other physicians if necessary. Refer patients to a primary care provider within our practice if necessary. Abide by practice policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits: Percentage of insurance reimbursement recieved

Salary: Commensurate with experience
