The Eating Right with Allergies and Food Intolerances Package begins with a one hour initial nutrition assessment with basic nutrition teaching. Follow up consultations include calorie counting education, the use of supplements, protein, fat and carbohydrate teaching, meal planning, analysis of your food diaries and more. Your plan will be personalized to your specific food intolerance so you will know exactly which foods to avoid. You may also choose to see our Internist and schedule blood work to test your food allergies.
