Beth Auguste MS RDN CSOWM is a graduate of the Boston University master of nutrition program and dietetic internship. Her undergraduate degree is from Emory University. She is a certified board specialist in obesity and weight management and is a certified personal trainer. Beth has over 10 years of experience working in the health and wellness field. She has helped people to address diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weight management, food intolerances, GI disorders, diet during cancer treatment, and general health and disease prevention. She believes that the food a person chooses to eat can make a big impact on both their physical and emotional health. She enjoys being a dietitian because she believes that her work with clients can make an impact on their whole life for rest of their lives.

Rittenhouse Nutrition at the Rittenhouse Women’s Wellness Center™ provides clients with weight loss plans, personalized meal plans, nutrition education and special packages for clients with food allergies, diabetes, heart disease and other medical conditions. Our certified nutritionist will work with you to develop a personalized healthy eating plan that fits your lifestyle and budget. Your Initial nutrition assessment will include:

  • A diet and health history assessment
  • Identification of nutritional deficiencies
  • Personalized diet and meal planning advice
  • A sample meal plan
