On Thursday, December 10th, 2009, from 5:30pm-7:00pm, Rittenhouse Women's Wellness Center is excited to host a holiday gathering at RWWC for all of our patients. We invite you for hors'doeuvres, wine tasting and an opportunity to meet our team of women wellness professionals. There will be a presentation by Dr. Saltzman along with skin demonstrations, lots of holiday cheer and prizes given away from DermaCenter!  Inspirational Vinyasa Yoga: Cultivating Balance, Flexibility and Strength
 Inspirational Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga developed by Jennifer Schelter, Executive Director of Yoga Schelter and Founder of Yoga Unites.

 Based on the tradition of Hatha yoga, Vinyasa is a Sanskirt word which means Vin (your own way), yasa (flow of energy). Flexible, balanced and strong bodies enjoy more vitality, health and fun in the aging process. And no one is escaping the aging process.

 Each class is a physical journey into the architecture and anatomy of your body as well as a mindful experience for mental health.
