Your visit will include one hour with our registered dietician, one hour with our certified personal trainer and a one hour massage session with our certified massage therapist. Whether your goal is to lose weight, eat healthy, build strength or start a fitness routine, the experts in our Nutrition + Fitness program at the Rittenhouse Women’s Wellness Center will work with you to help you reach your personal best.

Prior to your visit, our dietician will ask you to complete a 3 day food diary and nutrition history form. Based on the information you provide, she will prepare a customized consultation based on your nutrition and medical history. During the consultation, you will also review your weight loss goals so that our dietician can provide you with personalized diet and meal planning advice. Your visit with our certified personal trainer at our private Rittenhouse Square gym will include body fat analysis, body mass index calculation, strength, flexibility and balance assessment, cardiovascular endurance testing, and discussions of exercise habits and future exercise goals. Your visit with our certified massage therapist will include one hour of swedish massage and trigger point techniques. Massage Therapy is the manipulation of the body’s soft tissues to prevent or address minor aches and pain while promoting a state of well-being.
