Dr. Leslie Saltzman, Medical Director: Rittenhouse and Main Line Locations
Dr. Leslie Saltzman completed her residency training at Pennsylvania Hospital. Dr. Saltzman is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians. She has trained with top dermatologists and completed numerous specialized courses in BOTOX® Cosmetic, injectible fillers and non-invasive aesthetic laser treatments. She is passionate about treating her patients as a whole, and enjoys helping them to look and feel their best. As Medical Director of DermaCenter™, Dr. Saltzman performs skin care procedures, including all injectibles and oversees her aesthetitians to assure that patients receive safe, efficacious treatments.
Monica Hernandez, Aesthetic Director: Rittenhouse Location
Monica Hernandez is a medical aesthetician at DermaCenter™ Medical Spa. She became interested in aesthetics after experiencing dramatic improvements in her own skin from beginning chemical peel and microdermabrasion treatments. As a Latina woman, she has naturally focused on skin care products and treatments for darker skin tones.
She received her certification in Aesthetics from the Jean Madeline Aveda Institute, where she completed an extended six-hundred hour program, which taught her full body spa services, facial bone structure, skin care, as well as skin anatomy and diseases. She worked as an aesthetician at Bubbles Salon in Philadelphia, and then decided to pursue medical aesthetics so that she could bring better results to her clients.
From 2006-2009, she worked at Shanti Medical Spa & Wellness Center. While working there, she developed expertise in performing laser hair removal, skin tightening, laser skin rejuvenation, Vela Shape cellulite reduction, IPL treatments, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion. Working at Shanti, taught her how to safely treat skin of all colors, which is her passion.
At DermaCenter™, Ms. Hernandez hopes to bring the same level of professionalism to her patients. She believes it is a blessing to be able to make a difference in people’s lives and to help them look and feel better about themselves. She is excited to be a part of the DermaCenter™ team and hopes to bring her expertise to our growing medical spa.
Molly Hagen, Medical Aesthetician: Rittenhouse Location
Molly Hagen is a medical aesthetician at DermaCenter™ Medical Spa. Ms. Hagen received her Aesthetic license in 2006 from Aveda Institute of Beauty & Wellness in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Ms. Hagen has over five years experience as a medical aesthetician. Prior to joining DermaCenter™, she worked as an aesthetician at a medical spa & salon in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for over two years. She became more interested in the medical side of aesthetics and decided to join a medical spa in Mequon, Wisconsin where she worked as a Laser Technician. During this time, she became experienced in performing all types of non-invasive laser treatments including: IPL treatments, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, cellulite reduction, and skin rejuvenation.
At DermaCenter™ Medical Spa, Ms. Hagen hopes to use her experience to make DermaCenter™ a place where women feel comfortable with themselves and happy with their skin care needs. She is excited to be a part of a team that sees Total Wellness as the ultimate goal.
Molly McCready, Medical Aesthetician: Main Line Location
Molly McCready is a medical aesthetician at DermaCenter Medical Spa: Main Line. Ms. McCready became passionate about skin care after having struggled with problematic skin issues herself. She received her Aesthetic license in 2011 from Aveda Institute.
Ms. McCready has certifications in advanced laser techniques from the International Dermal Institute and uses these techniques to personalize treatments each day for her clients. She believes that skin care issues need to be targeted internally and externally. Ms. McCready specializes in problematic and reactive skin conditions as well as routine maintenance. She has nearly three years of experience as a medical aesthetician.
Prior to joining DermaCenter, Ms. McCready worked as a medical aesthetician at Metropolitan Medical Laser, LLC, as a laser technician. During this time, she became experienced in educating clients on a wide range of treatments, products and finding the best treatment for each client’s skin type. Ms. McCready is also experienced in performing the latest and most advanced laser treatments including: laser hair removal, spider vein removal, skin tightening and Velashape II.
At DermaCenter Medical Spa, Ms. McCready would like to offer her patients the highest quality of service and results with her skills. She is excited to join the Rittenhouse Women’s Wellness Center: Main Line and looks forward to giving her clients a more personalized, results driven regimen..
Jennifer Lank, Medical Aesthetician: Main Line Location
Jennifer Lank is a medical aesthetician at DermaCenter Medical Spa: Main Line. Ms. Lank received her Aesthetic license in 2009 from Venus Beauty Academy.
She received her certification in Aesthetics from Venus Beauty Academy. The program allows students to have the chance to learn every line of products that are currently on the market. Ms. Lank has over four years of experience as a medical aesthetician.
Prior to joining DermaCenter, she worked as an aesthetician at Peter’s Salon in West Chester as well as Style Medspa where she was a laser technician. During this time, she became experienced in performing all types of laser and facial treatments including: laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, microdermabrasion and spider vein removal.
At DermaCenter Medical Spa, Ms. Lank hopes to create the perfect DermaCenter experience for her clients. She is eager to join the Rittenhouse Women’s Wellness Center and their team of women specialists.
