Weight Maintenance Program

Research has shown that a critical element of long-term weight loss success is continued contact and involvement with your weight-loss team. Once you have reached your goal weight, Rittenhouse Women’s Wellness Center™ offers a 6 week maintenance program that includes phone calls and optional private home visits with our registered dietitian and exercise specialists*. During home visits with the dietitian, you will sort through food in the home to determine the healthiest choices for your individual needs, grocery shopping tips, review food labels and the home eating environment. Your maintenance phase can also include phone calls made by our weight management team to monitor your continued progress and additional sessions with our licensed psychologist**. We provide you with ongoing education to expand upon your weight management skills, and offer support and motivation to help you continue your healthy lifestyle changes.

**Psychological counseling during each phase is optional.
