The Weight Loss Package at Rittenhouse Nutrition will teach you how to lose weight with a nutritious eating plan that is simple to follow every day. This plan will also instruct you on ways to reduce your susceptibility to diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes. This package starts with a one-hour nutrition consultation which focuses on assessing your current nutritional challenges. At the conclusion of your initial visit you will be given recommendations and meal planning advice, and set weight loss and exercise goals. Follow up visits will track your progress and include further meal planning advice,  analysis of your food diaries, calorie counting education, strategies to reduce temptations, as well as food label and portion size education. This package can also be combined with a personalized Fitness Plan from Rittenhouse Fitness or you can select our Weight Management Program which combines Internal Medicine, Nutrition, Fitness and Psychology.
