Hours

Our receptionists are available Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm to assist you with appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and conveying messages to Dr. Saltzman.

Our office hours are:

Mondays from 10:30am-5:00pm

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00am-8:00pm

Wednesdays 8:00am-1pm.

Fridays 11:00am-3pm.

Saturdays 11:00am-2:00pm

Your First Appointment: A Checklist for Patients

Please bring the following to your first appointment:

• A completed registration form and history form. We can also email or mail you the forms prior to your first visit.
• Your insurance and/or Medicare cards.
• Any relevant medical records.
• A list of medicines that you are currently taking.

Same-Day Appointments

If you are an established patient and are ill, please call (215) 670-5843 first thing in the morning. We’ll do everything we can to try to see you that day.

Appointment Information

If you will be late for a scheduled appointment, please call us at (215) 670-5843 so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

Please give us one business day’s notice before cancelling your appointment. If you do not call us to cancel your appointment, you will be charged a $25 service fee.
