Are you having trouble losing your baby weight? Have you lost all your muscle tone? This package for new mothers will help you to return to your pre-pregnancy figure. This progressive exercise program is tailored to your recovery and designed to gradually build your strength and endurance. Special emphasis is placed on regaining abdominal strength and losing belly fat. Our certified personal trainers will guide you in getting back in shape. This package includes a one-hour initial fitness assessment, a review of your personal fitness goals, Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation, personalized workout plan and five personalized workouts with our fitness professionals. Please obtain clearance from your obstetrician if you are less than six weeks postpartum.
