Fitness at the Rittenhouse Women’s Wellness Center of Philadelphia provides physical fitness assessments, consultations and personal training. Initial fitness assessments include:
  • Body fat analysis and body mass index calculation
  • Strength, flexibility and balance assessment
  • Cardiovascular endurance testing
  • Consultation regarding current exercise habits and future exercise goals

Gina Mancuso, MPT, and Cynthia Brown (pictured above) are the fitness specialists for the Rittenhouse Women’s Wellness Center of Philadelphia. They are dedicated to helping every woman achieve her personal fitness, health or rehabilitation goals. Ms. Mancuso and Ms. Brown provide fitness assessments and consultations, as well as personal training for their clients. After an initial visit with the Medical Director, Dr. Leslie Saltzman, women can meet with Ms. Mancuso or Ms. Brown for a complete physical fitness assessment.
