In addition to an Initial Fitness Assessment, part of the Rittenhouse Women's Total Wellness Package, Fitness at the Rittenhouse Women's Wellness Center of Philadelphia offers a variety of Specialized Fitness Packages tailored to each client’s unique lifestyle and fitness needs.

General Fitness Training Package
Physical fitness is comprised of four components: strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. All are all essential to maintaining peak performance throughout the day, no matter what you do. This program will evaluate your current level of fitness and will identify areas which need improvement. Whether your goal is carrying your groceries with ease or training for a marathon, our fitness experts will support your fitness journey. (Four sessions / $395)
Resistance Training Package
Learn how to build muscle and improve your overall health using simple equipment and body weight exercises. Strength training helps to build strong joints and serves as a preventative measure against osteoporosis. Regular resistance training will enable you to strengthen and tone muscles and help you to increase bone mass. (Four sessions / $395)
Prenatal Fitness Evaluation Package
Learn how to stay in shape safely, comfortably and effectively throughout the course of your pregnancy, as well as reduce pregnancy related aches and pains. At your first visit, your current level of fitness will be evaluated. Follow up sessions will include personalized workouts, with special emphasize on safety during pregnancy. Please obtain clearance from your obstetrician before starting this program. (Four Sessions / $395)
Postpartum Fitness Package
This package for new mothers will help you to return to your pre-pregnancy figure. This progressive exercise program is tailored to your recovery and designed to gradually build your strength and endurance. This package includes a one-hour initial fitness assessment, a review of your personal fitness goals, Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation, personalized workout plan and five personalized workouts with our fitness professionals. Please obtain clearance from your obstetrician if you are less than six weeks postpartum. (Six Sessions / $595)
Weight Loss Program Package
Learn how to maximize results by combining proper diet and effective exercise. This package will provide you with a regime that fits into your life and enables you to lose weight safely and effectively. Our fitness professionals tailor programs to your specific needs and preferences. Reduce your risk factors for heart disease, stroke and diabetes while improving your overall fitness level. This package includes a one-hour initial physical fitness assessment and five additional workout sessions with our fitness professionals. Personalized, written exercise plans and progress tracking are also included. (Six Sessions / $595)
Buddies Consultation Package
Not comfortable working out alone? This consultation will help buddies to encourage each other and stick to their workouts. This program will teach you how to work together and support one another while working on individual goals. You will learn individual and partner exercises while building strength, endurance and self confidence. The package includes a one-hour initial consultation followed up by two one-hour workout sessions. ($350)

One-on-One Sessions // CoreFitness staff can give you personal, individualized attention that will help you to better reach your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, increase strength, return to your pre-baby figure or train for a competition we can help you to design the most effective regimen for you.
In-Home Programs // If the gym environment is not for you, we can send a certified CoreFitness trainer to your home or office. Limited space? No gym equipment? Not a problem. Our staff is has been trained in creating resistance, endurance, cardio and core training programs without the need of special gear or unlimited space.
Small Group Sessions // You are more likely to stick with your program when you make a commitment to exercise with a friend. Share the cost of your personal training sessions and get in great shape. Exercising with friends is now more fun and cost effective.
Competition Training // This package is designed for those who are interested in training for a marathon, 5K race or the Broad Street Run, but are unsure of where or how to begin. This training program will improve your stamina by teaching you various nutritional, mental and physical techniques to increase your endurance and help you to better understand your body’s needs when it comes to competitive training.
