She feels Yoga is a way of healing: stretching open what has been closed, expanding where there has been tension, uniting what has been separated, and strengthening what has been weakened. During Ms. Goldberg’s training, she learned the comprehensive understanding of Yoga and cemented her practice of Yoga as a lifestyle, not just a work-out. Studying Classical Yoga required reading, practicing, and experiencing Yoga’s physical aspects, the spiritual components of the ancient philosophy, pranayama and meditation.
